A healthy and happy body equals a healthy and happy mind.

Are you one of those millions of people in the world who suffers from general anxiety?Even though there are many different types of anxiety out there,there is one thing that all of them have in common.If there were something out there that you could eat that would help you with your anxiety or depression and that has no negative side effects and that you could buy at your local supermarket store,would you not get that something?

I am talking about natural good old healthy foods and the good thing about natural good old healthy foods is that you do not need a prescription for it.Just go to your local supermarket and you will be spoiled for choice.There is always something healthier that you could have in your basket!What have you got under that whole wheat bread?I saw something there.It looked like a box of cookies to me.Now compare that snack with yoghurt with some raisins in.There is no comparison to be made!

A daily health tip for fighting anxiety is looking something like this.
Our body has a natural mood boosting chemical called serotonin,and hormones that regulate serotonin are stimulated by fat consumption.Healthy fats that is.Not all fats are the same.Next time you are in the mood for something sweet,rather have a piece of salmon for instance,or grab some nuts.Use healthy oil in when cooking like olive oil.
Avoid saturated fats and include foods in you diet like fish that is rich in healthy oils.

These foods and healthy oils and fats help against low self esteem and depression by eventually boosting your serotonin levels.Something small like that could make a big change.

It’s the little bottle containing the big poison.In life often the biggest problems have the smallest solution.I am eating very healthy these days and I find that the more I eat healthy,the more I want to eat healthy.Also,knowing what the effect are on my body and my brain and my mind keeps me motivated and keeps me happy and proud to eat healthy.Knowing the negative effects by eating not so healthy foods keeps me away from it!
